Membres du conseil d'école
Notre conseil d'école est composé d'un préfet en chef, d'une préfète en chef, d'un préfet en chef adjoint et d'une préfète en chef adjointe. Nous avons également quatre maisons auxquelles appartiennent tous les enfants. Ce sont la Lune, le Soleil, les Etoiles et la Terre. Chaque maison a deux capitaines et deux vice-capitaines. Ces 20 enfants sont tous sélectionnés par le personnel, sur dossier, parmi nos élèves de 6ème.
Nous avons également un membre du conseil d'école de chaque classe de l'année 1 à l'année 5. Cela fait 35 enfants au total. Ces enfants sont élus par leurs pairs lors d'une élection très réaliste, organisée par des enfants de 6e année.
Ils assistent tous à des réunions hebdomadaires qui suivent un ordre du jour pour vérifier l'assiduité, partager les procès-verbaux des réunions précédentes, traiter toute question soulevée et discuter des suggestions ou des préoccupations de tous les élèves.
Ces enfants font ensuite des commentaires à leurs classes pour partager les points discutés au cours de la réunion.
Nos enfants participent à un atelier sur le Parlement qui est animé à l'école par le personnel des Chambres du Parlement.
Il s'agit d'un conseil pour les enfants, géré par les enfants pour donner à tous les enfants une voix dans notre école.
